We are working with a client to fill several remote positions as customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary point of communication in a service center.
  • Researches and responds to customer telephone, electronic and written inquiries from dental/vision professionals, groups, enrollees to communicate eligibility, benefits and claim status.
  • Direct specific inquires for priority resolution.
  • Updates research details in the computer tracking system.
  • Access appropriate reference materials to determine accurate response.
  • Accurately completes online/hard copy forms and route to appropriate dept.
  • Meets and maintains production standards, counts and response turnaround times.
Qualifications
  • Must have high speed internet, smart phone laptop or desktop with Windows 8 or 10.
  • High School Diploma.
  • One year customer service experience within a call center.
  • Min 2 to 3 years dental office experience.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and ADA codes.
