- Primary point of communication in a service center.
- Researches and responds to customer telephone, electronic and written inquiries from dental/vision professionals, groups, enrollees to communicate eligibility, benefits and claim status.
- Direct specific inquires for priority resolution.
- Updates research details in the computer tracking system.
- Access appropriate reference materials to determine accurate response.
- Accurately completes online/hard copy forms and route to appropriate dept.
- Meets and maintains production standards, counts and response turnaround times.
- Must have high speed internet, smart phone laptop or desktop with Windows 8 or 10.
- High School Diploma.
- One year customer service experience within a call center.
- Min 2 to 3 years dental office experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and ADA codes.
