Our client is seeking a Business Development Assistant for their Mortgage Lending business. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the Sales and Marketing functions and providing office operations assistance. This is a part-time position in their West Chester Office.
- Manage workflow by ensuring that data is collected, clients are cared for and our name is on top of mind for buyers.
- Welcome inbounds leads and schedule calls/contact with Loan Officer
- General CRM maintenance – Follow ups, cold calls, requesting documents, nurturing outreach.
- Strategize key marketing efforts – Social Media, SEO, Print.
- Generate office memos, emails, and reports on the market and marketing when appropriate.
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment.
- Independence to take on this role, and build on it. Overtime, overseeing subordinate staff.
- Foundational understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.
- General understanding of creating content – video, photo, and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Exceptional communication skills. Able to handle all personality types.
- Organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Mortgage or Real Estate experience, a plus.
